Bid — or Counter the Terms. Bid at the seller's stated terms, or attach counter-terms (different pickup window, alternate payment method, etc). The seller can accept, reject, or negotiate.
Win & Receive an Invoice. The seller generates an invoice for the agreed amount inside SMASH.
Pay & Take Delivery. Direct between you and the seller per the agreed terms (ACH, wire, check, or other). Request shipping quotes through the platform if you need them.

Cross-border export documentation remains the responsibility of buyer and seller.
